Branch Sales & Service Manager
Maximise new business/acquisition/referral opportunities and deepen existing customer relationships to the specified service standards for the Personal Clients segment.
Our client, a globally recognised bank, is actively recruiting for a Branch Sales Manager to join their Wealth Banking department.
Implementation and Oversight:
- Conduct professional financial analysis and profiling sessions with clients to address their financial goals and needs.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by sharing regular updates on market trends and insights into local and global financial products.
- Collaborate with the branch manager or PTL to create monthly plans aimed at achieving or surpassing sales targets, focusing on new business opportunities and client acquisition.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract new customers.
- Identify, approach, and engage individual prospects.
- Deliver high-quality, efficient after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage client retention efforts and minimise attrition rates.
- Organise and deliver sales presentations for groups, clubs, associations, companies, and other organisations.
- Leverage referrals from internal teams such as Relationship Managers (RMs) from Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&I) or other staff members.
- Adhere to anti-money laundering procedures, reporting any suspicious activities to the Transaction Monitoring Unit.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements set by the Bank and external authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies aligned with the Group’s business model and objectives.
- Achieve business and financial targets effectively.
- Oversee processes within the scope of operational risk management frameworks, ensuring proper controls are in place.
- Identify, assess, monitor, mitigate, and manage risks impacting the Group while understanding your role in addressing these risks.
- Provide direction, planning, structure, policies, and oversight for assigned responsibilities.
- Uphold exemplary conduct by adhering to the Group’s values and Code of Conduct.
- Take ownership of embedding high ethical standards across the Bank by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and the Group Code of Conduct.
- Drive outcomes aligned with the Bank’s Conduct Principles while proactively identifying, escalating, mitigating, and resolving risk or compliance issues collaboratively.
Stakeholders: Branch Manager, Business Manager, Product Manager
Requirements:
- RNF qualified and CFMAS certifications
- Proven experience in client acquisition roles.
- Strong account management skills with a focus on relationship building.
- In-depth technical knowledge of consumer banking products such as Treasury, Equities, Funds, Insurance, etc.
