What you'll do:

As a Client Transactions Operations Analyst based in Singapore, you will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards of compliance, security, and operational excellence within a regulated digital asset custody environment.

• Your day-to-day activities will involve meticulous reconciliation of both fiat currencies and digital assets, ensuring every transaction is accounted for accurately.
• You will be responsible for supporting regulatory reporting requirements under Travel Rule regulations while executing essential business-as-usual checks that safeguard client assets.
• Beyond these core duties, you will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to process optimisation projects—analysing existing workflows for improvement—and participate in rigorous product testing cycles for new custody solutions.

What you bring:

To excel as a Client Transactions Operations Analyst, you will bring proven experience from the financial services sector— ideally supported by a degree in a STEM field alongside an authentic enthusiasm for digital assets and blockchain technology.

• Degree qualification in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) providing strong analytical foundations relevant to financial services roles.
• At least one year’s experience working within the financial services industry with familiarity handling sensitive financial data securely.
• Demonstrated ability to perform accurate reconciliations involving both fiat currencies and digital assets with a methodical approach to identifying discrepancies.
• Exceptional attention to detail that ensures all controls and checks are completed thoroughly, consistently, and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Clear and concise communication skills that enable effective issue flagging and escalation within a collaborative team environment.
• Curiosity about digital asset custody products combined with a willingness to learn new concepts related to blockchain technology and institutional finance workflows.
• Dependable work ethic characterised by reliability in fulfilling business-as-usual responsibilities independently while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in utilising AI tools or similar technologies to support operational tasks and drive process improvements within transaction operations.
