What you'll do:
As a Regional Engagement Manager based in Singapore, you will be responsible for orchestrating end-to-end customer outcomes by translating complex client problems into scalable solutions using advanced AI workflows. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop reusable assets that streamline delivery processes while maintaining operational transparency through diligent tracking systems.
- Translate ambiguous client challenges into scalable, measurable workflows that align with platform capabilities while balancing client needs and technical constraints.
- Develop reusable playbooks, templates, and demonstration assets that empower teams and drive consistent delivery across multiple projects.
- Stay current on product direction by actively engaging with updates and translating them into actionable field-ready examples for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate tracking across dashboards, hubs, and documentation platforms such as Notion pages to ensure transparency and operational clarity.
- Monitor usage, adoption rates, and health metrics diligently, keeping all data up-to-date to inform decision-making and surface risks early.
- Run clear delivery plans by assigning owners, setting dates, managing dependencies, and proactively identifying potential obstacles before they impact outcomes.
- Prevent surprises by sending agendas ahead of meetings, capturing decisions effectively, publishing action logs with assigned owners and due dates for accountability.
- Communicate trade-offs and blockers promptly to both clients and internal teams in order to foster trust and maintain alignment throughout project lifecycles.
- Build trusted data-driven relationships with clients by owning trial-to-conversion-to-renewal motions in partnership with the Growth team.
- Drive adoption through builders by measuring return on investment (ROI) and turning feedback into concrete improvement plans with Engineering and Product teams.
What you bring:
- Over five years of experience in private equity, investment banking or tier 1 consultancies demonstrating your ability to navigate complex client environments.
- Proven track record of turning ambiguous client requests into scoped delivery plans with measurable outcomes that support organisational goals.
- Strong technical fluency enabling you to reason about workflows, data structures, failure modes without needing engineering credentials but maintaining credibility among technical peers.
- Excellent operational hygiene reflected in reliable tracking practices, thorough documentation standards, and robust governance processes that support transparency.
- Clear proactive communication skills allowing you to escalate issues early while closing loops efficiently between clients and internal teams.
- Comfort operating dependably within fast-changing environments where priorities may shift rapidly requiring adaptability and resilience.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed supporting client engagement initiatives across diverse locations.
- Ability to build trusted relationships grounded in data-driven insights fostering loyalty among clients through effective governance mechanisms.
- Experience partnering collaboratively with growth leadership teams driving trial-to-conversion-to-renewal motions for sustained business success.
