Client Service Representative

As part of the Client Services team, you will interact with clients from diverse regions and backgrounds, including professional retail clients, advisors, and broker-dealers. The role focuses on building and maintaining long-term client relationships through responsive, high-quality service while supporting advancements in technology and global product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Addressing client inquiries through various channels such as email, ticketing systems, live chat, and phone calls.
• Gaining proficiency in proprietary platforms, including trading systems and administrative portals, to guide clients in line with the company's self-service and automated business model.
• Assisting clients in understanding the full trading cycle, including processes related to funding, position transfers, corporate actions, margin calculations, and statement reconciliation.
• Troubleshooting client issues and taking ownership of resolutions by following up, escalating when necessary, and collaborating with internal teams such as Legal & Compliance, Risk, IT, Cashiering, Clearing, and other service groups globally.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial products such as equities, options, futures, and foreign exchange (FX).
• A proactive mindset with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimally a Bachelor’s degree across all disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience at a global financial institution.
• Preferably licensed with CMFAS 1A, 2A, CM-EIP, and CM-SIP certifications or willing to obtain these certifications shortly after joining.
• Candidates with prior experience in client services, middle/back office operations, compliance, electronic trading or fund administration will be prioritised.
