Responsibilities:
You will promote personal line products to banking customers through proactive outreach efforts and respond to inbound sales inquiries while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

• Engage with leads provided by the bank and convert them into successful sales via telemarketing.
• Address customer inquiries confidently and professionally.
• Communicate with customers effectively through email correspondence.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely policy fulfilment.
• Strive to meet or exceed sales targets established by the business.

Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification of GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma.
• Candidates with certifications in BCP and PGI have a strong advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
• A team player who can multitask and consistently meet service standards.
• Organised and systematic approach to work tasks.
• Eager to learn, with a positive attitude toward work responsibilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AS400 systems.
• Detail-oriented, especially in documentation and policy fulfilment processes.
