What you'll do:

As Head of Operations – Hedge Fund, you will be entrusted with end-to-end responsibility for optimising operational processes across multiple fund structures. Your day-to-day will involve close collaboration with investment professionals to deliver actionable performance insights while ensuring that all fund documentation is meticulously managed. You will champion compliance by implementing rigorous controls that meet evolving regulatory standards. In addition to supervising finance and administrative teams, you will play an active role in mentoring colleagues to achieve shared objectives.   • Oversee all aspects of fund operations for private equity, private credit, and infrastructure funds by managing documentation workflows and subscription processes with precision and care.

  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements by developing and maintaining robust internal controls and overseeing all compliance-related activities within the organisation.

  • Comprehensive understanding of compliance frameworks relevant to hedge funds or similar financial institutions.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail when handling sensitive documentation or regulatory submissions.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities that enable you to nurture positive relationships across teams while promoting knowledge sharing and mutual respect.
