The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing financing and corporate finance advisory services to listed and unlisted companies, helping clients access capital and connect with global investors. This position requires strong expertise in Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and/or Debt Capital Markets (DCM), as well as the ability to originate and manage client relationships, identify financing opportunities, and guide companies through the capital-raising process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:
   • Originate, develop, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across various industries.
   • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their strategic objectives and financial needs.
2. Capital Raising Advisory:
   • Advise clients on fundraising strategies, capital structure solutions, and execution of financing transactions.
   • Provide guidance on public and private market transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, block trades, convertible bonds, pre-IPO financing, PIPEs, private secondaries, special situations.
3. Transaction Execution:
   • Lead the execution of complex financing transactions while ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
   • Manage due diligence processes, deal structuring, documentation review, and investor engagement activities.
4. Market Expertise:
   • Maintain a strong understanding of regional and international investor networks to support clients in accessing diverse pools of capital.
   • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices to provide informed advice to clients.
5. Strategic Advisory Services:
   • Support clients in exploring dual-track IPO/M&A strategies, strategic partnerships/JVs, SPAC/deSPAC transactions, GP-LP advisory opportunities, and other innovative solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and/or Debt Capital Markets (DCM) advisory roles within investment banking or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to advise corporates on public and private market transactions with a focus on fundraising strategies and capital structure optimisation.
• Strong knowledge of regional and international investor networks is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with transaction types such as IPOs, follow-on offerings, block trades, convertible bonds, pre-IPO financing, PIPEs, private secondaries, special situations, dual-track IPO/M&A strategies, SPAC/deSPAC transactions, GP-LP advisory opportunities, etc.
• Relevant certifications such as RES4A and RES1B are required for this role.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients at all levels of seniority.
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with sound judgement in evaluating financial strategies and transaction structures.
