Relationship Manager, Offshore Banking (Malaysia market)

Maximising new business/acquisition/referral opportunities and deepening existing customer relationships to the specified service standards.

Our client is a internationally recognised banking institution with global market presence and wide client outreach. They are actively looking for client oriented professionals to join their high performing Offshore Banking department.

Responsibilities:

• Equipped with expertise in the client engagement process to manage the clients professionally.
• Take the lead in developing and expanding client relationships, focusing on affluent and high-net-worth individuals.
• Provide comprehensive financial advisory services, offering tailored investment solutions and advice that align with client needs.
• Deliver timely information, recommendations, and guidance to clients based on their unique requirements.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction as key drivers of success in this role.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the banking or financial industry, with a proven track record in financial and investment product sales.
• A recognised Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management and investment products.
• Possession of relevant professional certifications preferred (M1B, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A, M9, M9A HI).
