You will be at the heart of interview scheduling, managing both virtual and in-person logistics across all business lines. What you'll do:

As a Recruitment Coordinator (Contract), you will be responsible for orchestrating the entire interview scheduling process for candidates across multiple business units.

  • Coordinate virtual and in-person interview schedules across all lines of business, ensuring timely communication with candidates, interviewers, and recruiters.
  • Arrange travel, lodging, catering, booking rooms, and other logistics for in-person interviews to create an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to gather candidate information related to interview scheduling and onboarding processes.
  • Create and maintain accurate candidate and requisition records using Workday or similar systems throughout the recruiting life cycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as legal, compliance, AskHR, operations, strategy teams to align talent acquisition efforts with organisational goals.
  • Analyse information from various sources to recommend actions that support talent acquisition processes and escalate resistance when necessary.
  • Support change initiatives within talent acquisition by adjusting plans as situations evolve and considering broad implications beyond immediate tasks.
  • Exercise autonomy by making independent decisions on talent acquisition tasks while taking ownership of projects.
  • Demonstrate emotional intelligence by communicating thoughts clearly and cohesively within talent acquisition contexts.
  • Contribute to a safe space and positive environment by prioritising goals beyond immediate tasks and being open-minded to other perspectives.

What you bring:

In the Recruitment Coordinator (Contract) role, your proven experience in recruitment coordination or talent enablement will be invaluable.

  • You possess intermediate knowledge of Talent Acquisition Enablement processes gained through previous experience in recruitment coordination or similar roles.
  • Your proficiency with Outlook calendaring enables you to manage complex interview schedules efficiently across multiple stakeholders.
  • You are adept at handling multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • You demonstrate emotional intelligence by communicating thoughts clearly and cohesively within talent acquisition contexts.
  • You have experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders such as legal, compliance, HR operations, strategy teams.
  • You are comfortable utilising data from reports or dashboards for decision-making within recruitment processes.
  • You support change initiatives by adjusting plans as situations evolve and considering broad implications beyond immediate tasks.
  • You exercise autonomy by making independent decisions on talent acquisition tasks while taking ownership of projects.
  • Workday proficiency is considered a plus but not required; willingness to learn new systems is essential.
  • You contribute positively to team environments by prioritising communal goals over individual tasks.
