What you'll do:
As a Client Service Manager based in Singapore, you will become an integral part of a dedicated team responsible for delivering exceptional support to both relationship managers and clients.
- You will liaise with various business units to ensure all client documentation complies fully with internal policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and regulatory adherence.
- You will promptly follow up on all client queries, resolving issues efficiently to deliver outstanding service and build trust with clients.
- You will handle client order taking with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring transactions are processed smoothly and accurately.
- You will develop a deep understanding of each client’s overall relationship with the bank, enabling you to provide tailored support that meets their unique needs.
- You will manage trade booking and settlement processes, ensuring timely execution while addressing any settlement or funding issues that arise.
- You will follow up on margin calls and resolve collateral issues swiftly, demonstrating your commitment to safeguarding both client interests and organisational requirements.
- You will oversee transactional documentation such as client suitability and eligibility forms, ensuring compliance at every step.
- You will maintain full awareness of internal policies and procedures, adhering strictly to guidelines while keeping abreast of any changes or updates.
- You will complete administrative tasks including travel bookings, hotel arrangements, expense claims, and mailing marketing materials efficiently to support the team’s operational needs.
- You will collaborate closely with relationship managers in a dynamic team setup, contributing positively to communal goals through dependable teamwork.
What you bring:
Your proven experience as a Client Service Manager or similar role within financial services equips you with the practical knowledge needed for success.
- A university degree coupled with at least two to three years of relevant experience within financial services—preferably frontline client service—will enable you to excel in this position.
- Possession of CACS Paper 1 & 2 certifications is mandatory for compliance purposes within the industry.
- Strong knowledge of private banking investment products such as foreign exchange (FX), equities, fixed income instruments, and derivatives is required for supporting clients effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail ensures accurate documentation handling and transaction processing throughout all stages of client servicing.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while working under pressure within tight timeframes demonstrates your dependability in high-demand situations.
- Willingness to work outside normal hours when necessary reflects your commitment to supporting both clients and colleagues whenever needed.
