What you'll do:
As Credit Card Benefits Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing the full lifecycle of card benefits programmes—from initial design through implementation to ongoing optimisation.
- Design and implement card benefits programmes tailored for affluent and emerging affluent customer segments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Manage the onboarding process for benefit providers, integrating them seamlessly into card platforms while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with operations, IT, and customer service teams to facilitate smooth fulfilment of benefits across all touchpoints.
- Oversee day-to-day relationships with benefit providers, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and resolving any issues promptly.
- Ensure all benefits programmes comply fully with regulatory requirements and internal policies by maintaining accurate documentation for audits and compliance checks.
- Work collaboratively with customer service or LRM teams to address benefit-related queries and complaints efficiently.
- Develop comprehensive FAQs, training materials, and support guides for internal teams to enhance understanding of benefit offerings.
- Track utilisation rates of card benefits, monitor operational efficiency metrics, and analyse customer satisfaction data to inform ongoing optimisation efforts.
- Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports for senior management on programme performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Recommend process improvements based on data analysis to continually enhance the delivery of card benefits.
What you bring:
To excel as Credit Card Benefits Manager, you will bring proven experience from the credit card or financial services sector—ideally having managed complex benefit programmes or loyalty initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations or related field is required; advanced qualifications are advantageous.
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience in card benefits or usage management, partnership management, product execution or loyalty programme management within the credit card, financial services or fintech industry.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully developing and executing card benefits programmes that drive revenue growth and business expansion.
- Experience managing partners, agencies or vendors; strong negotiation skills coupled with effective project management capabilities.
- Commercial acumen including proficiency in pricing strategies, unit economics analysis and contract negotiation processes.
- Data-driven mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets as well as dashboard reporting tools.
- Working knowledge of compliance requirements relevant to cards/benefits (including marketing claims, insurance benefits and data privacy) is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions with multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent organisational skills combined with strong time management abilities; capable of managing multiple programmes simultaneously under tight deadlines.
