A leading organisation is seeking an Investor Relations Manager to take charge of its investor relations function, playing a pivotal role in supporting fundraising initiatives and preparing the company for public market readiness. This position offers you the opportunity to connect with investors, shareholders, and financial analysts, ensuring transparent and effective communication across all channels.

What you'll do:

As an Investor Relations Manager, you will play a central role in shaping how the organisation communicates with its investment community.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing investors, shareholders, and financial analysts by fostering dependable relationships built on trust and transparency.
  • Develop and execute the investor relations strategy in alignment with overall corporate goals, financial objectives, and communication priorities to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Lead and support fundraising initiatives such as private placements, Series financing rounds, convertible notes, and other equity or debt capital raises by collaborating closely with internal teams.
  • Oversee all aspects of the IPO process including preparation of prospectus documents, investor presentations, roadshow materials, regulatory submissions, and coordination with external advisors.
  • Establish disclosure protocols, reporting calendars, investor communication processes, and ongoing IR infrastructure to facilitate the company’s transition to a public-company environment.
  • Manage the preparation and distribution of quarterly and annual investor communication materials including financial models, valuation analyses, earnings presentations, management scripts, Q&A preparation, and shareholder updates.
  • Prepare board-level briefing materials such as business updates, investor sentiment analysis reports, shareholder feedback summaries, peer benchmarking studies, and market intelligence insights.
  • Respond promptly to due diligence requests from investors and legal counsel by coordinating information flow between management teams and relevant departments.
  • Support management in preparing annual business plans by providing analytical input on market trends and investor expectations.
  • Evaluate potential M&A targets by assessing synergies and preparing pro forma financial statements, capitalization tables, and transaction materials for strategic decision-making.

What you bring:

Your proven experience as an Investor Relations Manager equips you with the skills necessary for success in this multifaceted role.

  • Fluency in English is essential for clear written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • At least five years’ experience in Investor Relations is preferred along with a deep understanding of corporate finance, financial statements, accounting, and capital markets.
  • Proven track record supporting or leading fundraising transactionsand investor communications.
  • Experience with IPO preparation and execution including coordination of offering materials showcases your attention to detail.
  • Ability to prepare senior management or board materials accurately reflects your commitment to quality communication.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working collaboratively across internal teams highlights your organisational skills.
  • High level of professionalism when handling confidential information ensures trustworthiness among stakeholders.
