What you'll do:

As an Accountant, your role will be instrumental in defining leading practices and driving key improvements through simplification and standardisation. You will be responsible for performing financial accounting duties, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards, managing external audits, and participating in regional income tax compliance obligations. Your ability to research and resolve accounting issues will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to continuous business maturity projects alongside other members of the finance team.

• Perform financial accounting and controlling duties
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and regional statutory reporting requirements
• Manage external audit and tax compliance processes
• Research and resolve accounting issues, making recommendations for compliance
• Participate in regional income tax compliance obligations
• Strengthen, implement, and enforce internal controls, policies and procedures
• Contribute to business maturity projects through operational improvements or technological solutions

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Accountant position brings more than three years of relevant work experience in financial reporting. You possess sound knowledge of accounting principles and concepts. Your passion for learning and developing new skills is matched by your strong attention to detail and high level of organisation.
