Senior Accountant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Accountant to join an established professional services environment supporting regional accounting operations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across Singapore, Hong Kong, and the US while managing a broad range of accounting, billing, and financial operations responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, and able to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Accountant, you will support daily accounting operations while working closely with regional finance teams and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice settlements, and supplier payment processes
• Prepare GST filings, support tax-related submissions, and participate in annual audit activities for the Singapore office
• Monitor cash flow positions, bank balances, collections, and outstanding receivables
• Coordinate with regional accounting teams across Singapore, Hong Kong, and the US to support finance operations and reporting requirements
• Support new matter opening processes and conflict checks where required
• Assist with ad hoc accounting and operational duties as assigned

What you bring:

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong accounting fundamentals, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

You will ideally have:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
• Experience with Elite 3E will be advantageous
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and general accounting systems
