Finance Manager (Real Estate)

What you'll do:

As a Finance Manager, you will oversee the full spectrum of finance operations while partnering with local and global stakeholders to support business performance and financial governance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the month-end close process, financial reporting, statutory reporting, and account reconciliations, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and reporting deadlines
• Partner with regional and global finance teams on group reporting, revenue recognition, US GAAP reporting requirements, and financial analysis
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, tax compliance, audit coordination, and the implementation of strong financial controls
• Review commercial contracts and provide accounting guidance on revenue recognition and financial implications
• Support local business leaders with financial insights, operational requirements, and commercial decision-making
• Drive process improvements, strengthen governance frameworks, and support finance transformation initiatives across the business

What you bring:

To succeed in this role, you should combine strong technical accounting expertise with commercial experience gained within a multinational environment.

You will ideally have:

• Big 4 audit experience followed by commercial finance experience within a multinational organisation
• Degree in Accounting or Finance together with a professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, including prior supervisory or team leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of statutory reporting, Singapore accounting standards, tax compliance, and financial controls, with exposure to US GAAP reporting considered advantageous
• Experience supporting multiple entities or regional finance operations, ideally within real estate, property services, or another multinational business
• Advanced Excel skills with exposure to Oracle, Coupa, FloQast, or similar ERP systems being advantageous
