Regional Finance Head

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance leader to join a growing regional organisation. This is a high-visibility role that combines financial controllership, business partnering, and strategic finance responsibilities across multiple markets. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will play a key role in strengthening governance, driving commercial performance, and supporting the organisation's growth agenda. The ideal candidate will possess strong regional finance leadership experience, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders across diverse business functions and geographies.

What you'll do:

As the Regional Finance Head, you will oversee finance operations across the region while acting as a trusted advisor to both finance and business leaders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead regional finance operations including management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, working capital management, and statutory compliance across multiple markets
• Strengthen governance, internal controls, audit processes, and financial compliance frameworks across regional entities
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, performance analysis, and strategic decision support to improve profitability and operational effectiveness
• Drive working capital initiatives across inventory, receivables, and payables while enhancing credit control and cash flow management
• Support strategic projects including business acquisitions, investment evaluations, expansion initiatives, and due diligence activities
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, external advisors, regulators, and key stakeholders on corporate, legal, and regulatory matters

What you bring:

To succeed in this role, you should be a commercially minded finance leader with strong regional exposure and the ability to balance financial governance with business growth objectives.

You will ideally have:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or ACCA will be highly regarded
• Proven experience leading regional finance operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering responsibilities
• Strong understanding of financial controls, governance frameworks, audit processes, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Experience supporting M&A activities, investment analysis, due diligence, or strategic finance initiatives will be advantageous
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior business leaders across regions
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
