Finance Manager

What you'll do:

As a Finance Manager, you will oversee finance operations while supporting project performance, business planning, and financial governance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business and operational performance
• Oversee project controlling activities including project budgets, cost tracking, timelines, and financial performance monitoring
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit processes
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to identify financial risks, improve processes, and enhance operational efficiency
• Support and supervise finance team members, providing guidance and oversight across day-to-day finance activities
• Prepare and present financial reports, business insights, and recommendations to management and key stakeholders

What you bring:

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong finance and project controlling experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

You will ideally have:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline; CA or equivalent qualification preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience, including strong exposure to project controlling and financial analysis
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience will be advantageous
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and financial reporting tools
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently under tight timelines within a fast-paced environment
