Finance Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance professional to join a growing organisation in a strategic leadership capacity. This role offers the opportunity to oversee the full spectrum of finance operations, including financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, compliance, and business partnering across a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, commercially minded, and comfortable managing both operational finance responsibilities and strategic business initiatives.
What you'll do:
As a Finance Manager, you will lead finance operations while partnering closely with management to support business performance and decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee monthly and annual financial reporting, group consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business performance
- Manage the full spectrum of accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, treasury, tax, payroll oversight, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, banking facilities, and financial controls to support operational and business needs
- Partner with internal stakeholders on budgeting, capex planning, operational performance analysis, and strategic finance initiatives
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and external stakeholders on statutory reporting, compliance, and regulatory matters
- Support ad hoc corporate projects including ERP implementation, business expansion initiatives, feasibility studies, and review of commercial or legal agreements
What you bring:
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong technical accounting knowledge, business partnering capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced environment.
You will ideally have:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience within finance, FP&A, audit, or commercial finance functions
- Prior experience within service-based industries such as real estate, hospitality, or related sectors will be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and financial reporting requirements
- Experience with ERP implementation, process improvement, and internal control enhancement initiatives
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
