Director, Investor Relations & Strategic Finance

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Investor Relations and Corporate Finance professional to join a fast-growing technology business within the AI industry. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on investor engagement, fundraising initiatives, and strategic capital markets activities within a dynamic and high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong investment banking experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a genuine interest in technology and innovation-driven businesses.

What you'll do:

Working closely with the CFO, you will support investor relations, strategic finance, and capital market initiatives across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and support investor relations activities, including investor communications, presentations, and stakeholder engagement
• Partner closely with the CFO on fundraising, capital raising, and strategic finance initiatives
• Monitor market developments, industry trends, and market intelligence relevant to the business and investor landscape
• Prepare financial analysis, business updates, and presentation materials for investors and senior stakeholders
• Coordinate with external advisors, financial institutions, and strategic partners on corporate finance-related matters
• Support cross-border and ad hoc strategic projects as required

What you bring:

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong capital markets knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

You will ideally have:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience within investment banking, investor relations, corporate finance, private equity, or venture capital
• Prior investment banking experience is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of fundraising, capital markets, and investor engagement activities
• Excellent presentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about AI, technology, and innovation-driven businesses
