  • Foster strong relationships with customers by organising repayment plans, addressing queries promptly, and maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless cross-communication and resolution of any issues related to credit or collections.
  • Manage timely and accurate collections knock-off in partnership with customers and the Global Shared Service Centre (GSSC), ensuring all transactions are properly reconciled.
  • Administer various customer rebate schemes, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and maximising mutual value.
  • Support month-end closing activities by preparing accurate reports, reconciling accounts receivable balances, and contributing to forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Assist with E-commerce reporting requirements by gathering relevant data, analysing trends, and providing actionable insights to management.
  • Contribute to ad hoc duties as assigned by leadership, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to evolving business needs.

What you bring:

To excel as a Credit Control Analyst in this organisation, your proven track record in managing credit control functions within complex regional settings will be invaluable. Your technical proficiency—particularly in Microsoft Office applications—will support your ability to generate insightful reports and streamline workflows. Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems will give you an edge in navigating daily operational challenges efficiently. Your interpersonal skills will shine as you foster trust-based relationships with customers while collaborating harmoniously within cross-functional teams. A keen eye for detail combined with strong numerical reasoning will empower you to spot inconsistencies early on and contribute meaningfully during month-end close or budgeting cycles. Above all, your commitment to delivering results through empathy, dependability, and clear communication will set you apart as an integral member of this forward-thinking finance team.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential for effective reporting and analysis.
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in credit control or accounts receivable roles within multinational environments is required.
  • Experience using SAP or BPC systems is highly desirable for efficient process management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills enable you to interact confidently with customers and colleagues across diverse backgrounds.
