In this role, you will be at the heart of finance and product data management, supporting quote operations, business analytics, and reporting functions that directly impact profitability and value creation. You will work closely with teams across Asia and key stakeholders to deliver rigorous, data-driven solutions while enjoying a supportive environment that encourages learning and professional development. If you are passionate about sport, thrive in a collaborative setting, and are eager to apply your technical expertise to optimise costing processes, this position offers the perfect platform for your next career move.

  • Join a globally recognised leader committed to fostering a culture of innovation, teamwork, and personal growth where your contributions will have tangible impact on business outcomes.
  • Work cross-functionally with regional teams and stakeholders to drive cost excellence through advanced analytics, AI applications, and robust data management practices.
  • Benefit from flexible working opportunities, ongoing training programmes, and the chance to collaborate with some of the most knowledgeable professionals in the industry.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Analyst in Costing Data and Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how financial data informs critical business decisions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing quote operations with precision, collaborating extensively with regional teams to address discrepancies in tooling costs, and supporting the seamless migration of essential cost data between platforms. You will also be responsible for delivering insightful KPI scorecards each season while engaging with factory partners and internal stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned on cost targets. By leveraging your expertise in advanced analytics tools—including SQL, Python, Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks—and your enthusiasm for AI-driven solutions, you will help transform raw data into meaningful actions that drive operational excellence. Your ability to communicate complex findings clearly will empower colleagues at every level to make informed decisions that enhance value creation throughout the organisation.

  • Collaborate with internal costing teams as well as external partners across Asia to manage quote operations efficiently and resolve tooling cost balancing issues.
  • Support the migration of cost data from Snowflake to Databricks by rebuilding dashboards and ensuring seamless integration of new technologies into existing workflows.
  • Tabulate and deliver seasonal KPI scorecards along with comprehensive product cost reports that inform strategic decision-making for multiple business units.
  • Engage with Factory Partners and key stakeholders including Margin Planning, Finance, and Product teams to ensure alignment on cost objectives and operational priorities.
  • Utilise advanced analytical tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent platforms to translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within costing operations by identifying process enhancements that increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in developing or applying AI tools to optimise product costing strategies and support greater profitability across the organisation.
  • Ensure rigorous data governance standards are maintained throughout all aspects of finance and product data management activities.
  • Provide clear communication of insights and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences through well-crafted reports and presentations.

What you bring:

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of technical acumen and strong interpersonal abilities honed through substantial experience in finance or related fields. Your background should include hands-on exposure to large-scale data management projects where you have utilised programming languages like SQL or Python alongside modern analytics platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks. Experience building interactive dashboards using Tableau or similar tools will enable you to provide valuable insights that inform high-level strategy. Advanced Excel skills are essential for compiling detailed reports while your capacity for translating intricate datasets into practical recommendations sets you apart as a trusted advisor. Familiarity with AI applications—whether through direct development or implementation—will further enhance your contribution. Above all else, your collaborative spirit combined with an eagerness to learn ensures you can navigate ambiguity gracefully while supporting collective goals within a fast-evolving industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, engineering or related fields is required for this position.
  • At least five years’ experience in finance, product development, costing, engineering or manufacturing environments is essential for success.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in big data management techniques using SQL, Python, Snowflake or Databricks is highly valued.
  • Experience building business analytics tools such as Tableau or equivalent platforms is necessary for effective reporting.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel for business reporting purposes is expected from applicants.
  • Proven ability to translate complex cost data into clear recommendations that support strategic objectives is crucial.
  • Familiarity with developing or applying AI tools within a business context would be considered an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills enabling you to collaborate effectively across diverse teams are important for this role.
  • A passion for sport or an enthusiastic approach towards teamwork will help you thrive within this collaborative environment.
