Revenue Accountant

Our client is seeking an experienced Revenue Accountant to join its Singapore finance team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of revenue and receivables operations while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business and regional finance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in billing, collections, and accounts receivable management, coupled with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.

What you'll do:

As a Revenue Accountant, you will play a key role in managing revenue and receivables activities while supporting the wider finance function.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable function, including billing, collections, payment allocations, and account reconciliations
• Monitor outstanding balances and partner with internal stakeholders to drive timely collection of fees and resolution of billing issues
• Prepare receivables reporting, ageing analysis, and management insights to support decision-making and cash flow management
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities while ensuring compliance with accounting policies and GST requirements
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes, controls, and reporting practices
• Participate in finance-related projects, audits, system enhancements, and regulatory initiatives as required

What you bring:

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to build effective relationships across the business.

You will ideally have:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, ideally gained within a law firm or professional services environment
• Strong experience in billing, collections, accounts receivable, and revenue management processes
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Elite 3E or similar finance systems will be advantageous
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities
