Office Administrator - 1 Year Contract
A leading organisation in Singapore is seeking an Office Administrator to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of their office environment. What you'll do:
As an Office Administrator based in Singapore, you will be entrusted with ensuring that every aspect of the workplace operates smoothly.
- Oversee the daily running of the office by ensuring it remains clean, safe, and efficient for all employees and visitors.
- Liaise regularly with building management, service providers, and vendors to coordinate maintenance, repairs, and timely delivery of office supplies.
- Manage office budgets meticulously including petty cash handling and expense tracking to maintain financial accuracy.
- Coordinate seating arrangements, facilitate office moves, and address facilities requirements so that everyone has what they need to succeed.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the leadership team as well as other departments across the organisation.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy to maintain excellent communication standards.
- Maintain both physical and electronic filing systems so records are always organised and easily accessible when needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required by various teams or management.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing welcome packs and maintaining up-to-date employee records for HR purposes.
- Coordinate staff welfare activities such as events and celebrations while supporting HR with leave tracking and basic administrative duties related to personnel.
- Source office supplies efficiently, manage pantry stock levels, negotiate with vendors for cost-effective services, and oversee equipment purchases.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, transport for staff when necessary; schedule meetings including booking rooms and preparing materials.
What you bring:

- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred for this position as it provides foundational knowledge relevant to the role.
