What you'll do:
As a Business Support Specialist, you’ll become an indispensable part of ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes for sales operations. - Inspire and guide the Business Support team to deliver timely, accurate execution of all sales operations activities including CRM data management, documentation oversight, and detailed reporting.
- Serve as the essential connector between Sales and cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth coordination throughout every customer interaction.
- Supervise contract management processes, reconciliation duties, and policy communications to uphold compliance standards while boosting operational efficiency.
- Drive the creation and presentation of vital business reports and dynamic sales performance dashboards while constantly seeking out process improvements for best practice adoption.
- Continuously monitor sales operations workflows and proactively evaluate their effectiveness to implement enhancements that support organisational growth.
