  • Prepare comprehensive briefs for artwork agencies and collaborate throughout the creative process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of packaging designs.
  • Prioritise artwork projects by assessing lead times, complexity, and urgency to prevent any delays in production schedules.
  • Drive the documentation process using systems such as WAVE, SAP, and Indesign to ensure final approved packaging is ready for first production runs according to market launch plans.
  • Develop packaging solutions that meet company standards as well as legal, sales, and trade requirements by working closely with Brand Marketing Teams.
  • Consolidate materials from central category teams regarding templates and licensing guidelines while aligning development direction with central or brand marketing teams.
  • Maintain an organised database of documentation status and follow up diligently on outstanding items within internal systems.
  • Provide regular weekly reports on documentation progress to relevant stakeholders while supporting regional and area product flow managers in workflow optimisation.
