REGIONAL LOGISTICS AND 3PL COORDINATOR Apparel / Retail Salary: $72,000 pa > $105,000 pa + package Location: Singapore
A leading global brand is seeking a Regional Logistics and 3PL Operations professional to join their Singapore-based team, supporting fulfilment across the Asia-Pacific region. This pivotal role offers you the opportunity to act as the key connection between European headquarters and local partners, ensuring seamless daily operations, timely order fulfilment, and robust data integrity. You will be empowered to drive operational excellence by collaborating with 3PL providers, commercial teams, and digital vendors to make a tangible impact on regional supply chain performance.
What you'll do:
You will play an instrumental part in orchestrating the smooth flow of goods throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to ensure that every aspect of order fulfilment is executed efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity across multiple platforms while keeping a keen eye on service level agreements. By facilitating clear communication channels between headquarters, commercial teams, and third-party providers, you will help align operational activities with broader business objectives. Your ability to generate insightful reports and dashboards will provide valuable visibility into performance metrics. Additionally, your proactive approach in escalating exceptions and driving continuous improvement initiatives will be crucial in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
* Coordinate end-to-end order processing activities including pick-pack-ship execution to guarantee efficient fulfilment across the Asia-Pacific region.
* Oversee order creation, manage inventory updates, track shipments, handle returns, and monitor outbound deliveries to maintain high service standards.
* Serve as the primary liaison with third-party logistics providers, ensuring alignment on service execution, performance metrics, and prompt escalation of issues when necessary.
* Monitor third-party logistics provider performance against defined service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure accurate and timely reporting of results.
* Facilitate the creation of certificates of origin (COO) via digital vendors, ensuring accuracy and timely submission in line with regulatory requirements.
* Communicate effectively with headquarters, regional commercial teams, and third-party logistics partners to align logistics execution with sales priorities.
* Generate comprehensive weekly dashboards detailing order status, delivery timelines, and SLA performance for internal stakeholders.
* Lead regular review meetings with vendors to foster accountability, encourage feedback loops, and drive proactive risk mitigation strategies.
What you bring:
You will bring a wealth of practical experience gained from roles within logistics supply chain or related sectors ideally involving fashion retail / apparel or 3PL providers. Your background should include extensive use of ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 alongside warehouse management systems enabling you to confidently oversee complex data flows. A solid understanding of customs documentation requirements particularly around certificates of origin will further enhance your suitability for this position.
* Possess three to six years of hands-on experience in logistics or supply chain operations within fashion / apparel, retail or third-party logistics environments.
* Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems as well as warehouse management systems (WMS).
* Showcase familiarity with certificate of origin (COO) compliance processes along with customs documentation procedures as an added advantage.
* Exhibit strong communication abilities paired with a genuine service-oriented mindset that fosters positive relationships across diverse teams.
* Bring proven experience managing order processing workflows including inventory updates shipment tracking returns handling and outbound delivery monitoring.
* Illustrate capability in generating detailed dashboards analysing order status delivery timelines and service level agreement performance metrics.
*Comfortable delivering against KPI’s such as but not limited to Order Acknowledgment SLA Compliance, On-Time Shipping Rate, Discrepancy Resolution Time
