A leading global lifestyle technology company is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their Singapore team, offering you the chance to play a pivotal role in connecting consumers with world-class audio experiences. This is your opportunity to contribute to the success of high-end brands renowned for their superior sound and innovative technology. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be at the heart of ensuring seamless order fulfilment, supporting revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. The organisation values flexibility, inclusivity, and professional development, providing a hybrid work environment and access to exclusive employee discounts on premium products. If you are passionate about logistics, thrive in a collaborative setting, and are eager to make an impact within a supportive culture that celebrates diversity and continuous learning, this role is designed for you.

  • Join a globally recognised technology leader where your expertise in logistics will directly support business growth and customer satisfaction across Asia-Pacific.
  • Enjoy flexible hybrid working arrangements, generous training opportunities through an internal university platform, and exclusive employee discounts on premium audio products.
  • Be part of an inclusive and diverse workplace that encourages you to share your ideas, develop professionally, and bring your authentic self to work every day.

What you'll do:

As a Logistics Coordinator based in Singapore, you will immerse yourself in a multifaceted role that bridges operational excellence with outstanding customer service. Your daily focus will be on managing end-to-end logistics processes—overseeing warehouse activities conducted by third-party providers, ensuring inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts, and maintaining meticulous records in line with company policies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales channels, business development professionals, supply planners, customs brokers, and freight forwarders. By leveraging your SAP expertise and attention to detail, you will ensure that all shipments—whether spare parts or high-value demo units—are processed efficiently from origin to destination. Your ability to anticipate challenges during peak periods such as month-end closes will be crucial in supporting revenue goals. In addition to core responsibilities around order fulfilment and documentation management, you will also play a key role in process improvement initiatives aimed at minimising risks and enhancing overall efficiency. This position offers you the chance to build strong relationships across diverse cultures while contributing meaningfully to the company’s reputation for reliability and customer-centricity.

  • Oversee all aspects of order fulfilment at both internal and external Singapore warehouses for various product lines and shipment types, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
  • Release stock transfer orders into SAP, coordinate with planning teams for stock allocations, and maintain accurate purchase order delivery dates to ensure data integrity.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers by monitoring orders closely, escalating potential delays to supply planning teams, and proactively communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate transportation bookings with international freight forwarders while optimising shipping routes to minimise costs and meet customer delivery expectations.
  • Collaborate with customs brokers to facilitate smooth clearance processes for import shipments or those requiring special documentation within APAC destinations.
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipment processing with third-party logistics providers, including system postings in SAP and issuing shipping instructions as required.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation for all shipments originating from Singapore warehouses, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, permits, and delivery notes.
  • Support month-end activities by identifying at-risk shipments that could impact revenue recognition and promptly raising concerns with sales managers and leadership teams.
  • Serve as the main liaison for internal stakeholders regarding shipping rates by obtaining competitive freight quotes from appointed logistics partners.
  • Take responsibility for additional logistics-related activities across APAC including repairs, warranty replacements, reverse logistics processes, stock buy-backs, and other tasks assigned by management.

What you bring:

To excel as a Logistics Coordinator in this dynamic environment, your background should reflect solid experience within customer service or supply chain settings where precision matters. Your technical acumen—particularly with SAP software—will empower you to manage complex workflows involving inventory movements, shipment tracking, master data maintenance, and compliance documentation. Beyond technical skills, your interpersonal abilities will shine as you communicate clearly with stakeholders ranging from warehouse staff to senior leadership. Adaptability is key: whether responding swiftly during urgent requests or collaborating on process improvements that benefit the wider team. A positive attitude coupled with resilience enables you to navigate tight deadlines without compromising quality or morale. Your understanding of international shipping protocols further enhances your capability to support seamless cross-border operations. Ultimately, your commitment to teamwork ensures that collective goals are met while fostering an atmosphere of mutual respect.

  • Minimum three years’ experience in customer service or logistics roles within supply chain functions is essential for success in this position.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft applications—especially advanced Excel skills—is required for effective data management and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience using SAP systems is mandatory; familiarity with CRM platforms would be considered advantageous.
  • A keen eye for detail combined with a results-oriented approach ensures accuracy in documentation and inventory control processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills enable you to interact effectively with internal teams as well as external partners across different cultures.
  • A collaborative mindset makes you an invaluable team player who thrives when working alongside colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure while managing multiple priorities during busy periods such as month-end closures is highly valued.
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Business Management or related field would be beneficial but not strictly required.
  • Analytical thinking skills allow you to identify gaps or opportunities within established practices using various sources of information.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of shipping procedures—including air/ocean transport terminology (incoterms) and multimodal logistics—is desirable.
