  • Lead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies for the BCC category, ensuring alignment with brand vision, segmentation, architecture, and positioning.
  • Define and manage a robust three-year innovation pipeline rooted in local consumer needs while leveraging global innovation hubs to identify scalable ideas across markets.
  • Drive full scaling strategies and activation plans focused on creating new categories and increasing market penetration in priority regions.
  • Act as the key connector between global marketing teams and local market partners to ensure seamless communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate closely with country partners to translate brand fundamentals into actionable frameworks that deliver best-in-class commercial execution.

  • Proven track record in brand building with expertise in consumer insights, new product development, communication planning, and campaign execution.
  • Extensive experience managing global or regional innovation projects including front-end innovation (FEI), new product launches, and domain expansions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead digital acceleration programmes supported by strong skills in digital analytics for data-driven decision making.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking abilities combined with interpersonal skills that enable you to influence broad multifunctional teams effectively.
  • Experience acting as a change agent who builds strong collaborative relationships across organisational boundaries.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
