Senior Marketing Communications Executive
A leading global innovator in acoustics and sound technology is seeking a Singapore based Senior Marketing Communications Executive to join their APAC team, based in Singapore. This is an exceptional opportunity for you to play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s presence across the region, working closely with both internal teams and external partners. You will be at the forefront of executing high-impact marketing activities, ensuring that every campaign resonates with audiences and upholds the company’s reputation for excellence.
What you'll do:
As a Senior Marketing Communications Executive based in Singapore, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic environment where your ability to execute strategic marketing initiatives will be crucial. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with both central teams in Paris and local APAC stakeholders. You will orchestrate impactful product launches and seasonal campaigns tailored for diverse markets while ensuring strict adherence to brand standards. By fostering open communication between internal teams and external partners, you will help drive optimal results from every campaign. Your analytical mindset will enable you to assess partner performance annually, guiding resource allocation for maximum impact. In addition to supporting asset creation and customer engagement efforts across multiple platforms—including digital media—you will also contribute to operational efficiency through diligent budget management. This role offers you the chance to make a tangible difference in how the brand is perceived throughout the region while developing valuable cross-cultural experience.
- Execute all marketing activities with key partners and distributors throughout the APAC region, focusing on product launches and festive campaigns to maximise brand relevance and exposure.
- Ensure that all external stakeholders adhere to established brand guidelines and regional strategies by providing clear communication and guidance.
- Identify best practices within trade marketing initiatives, benchmarking against industry standards, and sharing insights centrally to inform future strategies.
- Facilitate effective information sharing with the Partner Management Team as well as specific partners regarding sales objectives, product allocations, new points of sale, and audience targeting to optimise campaign outcomes.
- Conduct annual assessments of partner marketing execution to inform resource allocation decisions such as market development funds (MDF) and provide updated guidance as needed.
- Support partners according to their category needs by coordinating requests for assets, instore animations, displays, catalogues, and customer outreach through various channels including digital campaigns and social media.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations across all marketing functions.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects or assignments as required by management to address emerging business needs or opportunities.
- Contribute actively to budget tracking processes and maintain accurate reporting tools for ongoing evaluation of marketing effectiveness.
What you bring:
To excel as a Senior Marketing Communications Executive, you will bring not only marketing expertise but also a genuine passion for building connections across cultures. Your proven track record in managing complex marketing projects equips you with the organisational skills necessary for juggling multiple priorities simultaneously. You are adept at navigating diverse stakeholder expectations—balancing creativity with compliance—and thrive when collaborating towards common objectives. Your emotional intelligence allows you to communicate sensitively yet persuasively at all levels of an organisation. A natural collaborator who values inclusivity and knowledge-sharing, you are committed to continuous learning through on-the-job training opportunities provided by the company. Your willingness to travel demonstrates flexibility while your attention to detail ensures that every aspect of campaign delivery meets exacting standards. Ultimately, your combination of practical experience, interpersonal warmth, and strategic thinking makes you an invaluable asset to any forward-thinking marketing team.
- At least three years of hands-on experience in marketing communications within a fast-moving or international environment is essential for success in this position.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach towards proposing improvements or innovative solutions that enhance team performance.
- Outstanding verbal communication abilities complemented by strong interpersonal skills that foster positive relationships with colleagues and partners alike.
- Proven capacity for breaking down barriers and facilitating effective cross-functional collaboration within multicultural teams.
- A supportive team player attitude that values shared goals over individual achievement while contributing positively to group dynamics.
- Willingness to travel when required in order to strengthen partnerships or oversee campaign execution on-site across different markets.
- Experience working independently while maintaining accountability for deliverables under minimal supervision is highly desirable.
- Background in agency environments would be considered an added advantage due to familiarity with client-facing project management demands.
