An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruiting Manager to join a highly respected organisation in Singapore on a 12-month contract. As part of the Southeast Asia recruiting team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future talent pipeline by supporting the hiring of Associate Consultants and Consultants across multiple offices.

What you'll do:

As a Recruiting Manager based in Singapore, you will immerse yourself in every aspect of the recruitment lifecycle for Associate Consultant and Consultant roles across Southeast Asia.

  • Identify, engage, and activate passive high-potential talent in the market to address both immediate and long-term hiring needs across Southeast Asia.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential candidates by sourcing, assessing, and activating top talent through various channels.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruiting process for candidates, ensuring each stage is handled with care and attention to detail.
  • Drive recruitment events and social media campaigns designed to expand the pool of qualified applicants and enhance employer branding.
  • Screen applications thoroughly to identify individuals who align with organisational values and requirements.
  • Organise and facilitate interview debriefs with stakeholders to ensure alignment on interview outcomes and next steps.
  • Finalise offers in close collaboration with local offices, ensuring a seamless transition from candidate selection to onboarding.
  • Provide support during in-office interviews by welcoming candidates, addressing their questions, and acting as a liaison throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Update and track recruitment statistics meticulously to ensure data accuracy for robust reporting and actionable insights.
  • Utilise internal candidate tracking systems for effective data management, event coordination, and reporting purposes.

What you bring:

To excel as a Recruiting Manager in this setting, you will bring extensive experience from both agency or corporate talent acquisition backgrounds.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required as foundational academic preparation for this role.
  • At least eight years of professional experience with a minimum of five years spent specialising in HR or recruiting within agency or corporate talent acquisition teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to represent organisations confidently when interacting with candidates while being considerate of diverse perspectives.
  • Proven skill in establishing rapport with passive candidates through empathetic communication and relationship-building techniques.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities that enable you to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritising assignments effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Experience thriving in environments that require adaptability, flexibility with hours—including occasional overtime or evening work—and responsiveness to changing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills paired with a genuine passion for delivering positive candidate experiences at every touchpoint.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Windows applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for efficient workflow management.
