  • Maintain accurate employee records while upholding confidentiality standards to protect sensitive information at all times.
  • Oversee payroll coordination and benefits administration by working closely with external payroll providers and benefit vendors to guarantee timely and accurate processing.
  • Develop, document, and continuously improve standard operating procedures for all HR processes to enhance efficiency and consistency across the team.
  • Lead regular HR audits to ensure that all documentation is complete, compliant, and up to date for both internal governance and external regulatory requirements.
  • Support various HR projects such as policy updates, compliance initiatives, or organisational changes by providing operational expertise and project management support.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the organisation’s HRIS platform (such as SAP SuccessFactors) as well as other related systems like Dynamics.
  • Drive implementation of new features or upgrades within HR systems while ensuring data integrity, security protocols, and robust reporting capabilities are maintained.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to both HR colleagues and business users on effective system usage while collaborating with IT teams or external vendors to resolve any technical issues.

What you bring:

To excel as an HR Manager Operations and Systems in this contract role based in Singapore, your background should include direct responsibility for managing end-to-end operational processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment through offboarding—across diverse regions.

  • Outstanding organisational abilities allowing you to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without compromising attention to detail or quality standards.
