What you'll do:
As a Branch Assistant Service Manager, you will immerse yourself in the heart of daily banking operations, ensuring that each client interaction is handled with professionalism and care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around providing attentive support during over-the-counter transactions, addressing client needs efficiently, and upholding rigorous compliance standards. By working closely with your team members—including the Service Manager—you will help manage operational risks while fostering an environment where customer satisfaction is paramount.
- Perform daily frontline duties by handling over-the-counter transactions such as cash deposits, withdrawals, time deposit placements, and servicing account onboarding requests with accuracy and care.
- Ensure all activities adhere strictly to regulatory requirements and internal bank processes at every stage of operation.
- Provide timely solutions to client queries while referring clients to relevant business units for new services or potential business opportunities.
- Maintain excellent customer relations by consistently meeting service level agreement guidelines and striving for positive customer experiences within the branch.
- Support the Service Manager in managing various risks within the branch, including transactional, onboarding, and operational risks in line with banking regulations.
