What You’ll Do:

As an Accountant or Senior Accountant, you’ll ensure accurate and reliable financial reporting. From daily transactions to full financial statements, you’ll handle end-to-end accounting in line with IFRS and local regulations. You’ll work cross-functionally on group consolidation, internal controls, audits, and system improvements. Your attention to detail and commitment to deadlines will be key to supporting audits, filings, and treasury activities.

• Manage full set of accounts: journal entries, GL, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations
• Record daily transactions and maintain accurate financial data
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings; prepare financial statements (IFRS & local standards)
• Support group consolidation and intercompany reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with GST, tax, and statutory requirements
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents during audits and filings
• Monitor bank activity; manage payments, collections, and documentation
• Maintain strong internal controls and assist with process improvements
• Help implement and enhance accounting systems and workflows

What You Bring:

To succeed as an Accountant or Senior Accountant, you’ll have at least 5 years of experience in accounting or audit, backed by a strong educational background and ideally a professional certification. You're confident preparing IFRS-compliant financial statements and navigating Singapore’s tax rules. Advanced Excel and reporting skills help you deliver insights that support business decisions.

While experience in commodity trading or international trade is a plus, your attention to detail, strong communication, and commitment to compliance are what truly set you apart.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• ACCA, CPA, or ISCA certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or audit
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and Singapore tax regulations
• Skilled in Excel and financial reporting tools
• Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and reconciliation skills
• Organised and deadline-driven with good multitasking abilities
• Experience in commodity trading/international trade is a bonus
