Cyber Security Engineer

Our client is a well-established MNC, seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to strengthen their regional security team.

What You'll Do:

• Set up and secure firewalls, servers, and network equipment
• Oversee the setup and daily upkeep of security-focused platforms, including those for endpoint defense, log visibility, and risk detection
• Support secure deployment across new and existing offices
• Monitor logs and investigate and respond to potential incidents
• Help drive ISO 27001 implementation and compliance
• Track and report on cyber risk and posture
• Contribute to audit readiness, policies, and documentation for certifications

What You'll Bring:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering/network security
• Strong knowledge of frameworks like ISO 27001/NIST
• Strong experience using tools like SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management
• Knowledge of scripting for automation
