Penetration Testing Manager

Our client is a leading firm, seeking to hire a Penetration Testing Team Manager for their team. This is a critical role and this individual will take on a technical leadership role overseeing and managing a team of cyber professionals.

What you'll do:

• Plan and execute penetration tests, managing team workloads and project timelines.
• Develop and review test plans, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Lead risk assessments, threat intelligence briefings, and client meetings.
• Mentor and support team members’ professional development.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients through reports and presentations.
• Stay updated on emerging threats and offensive security techniques.
• Support sales by responding to RFPs and tailoring solutions to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project alignment and value delivery.

What you bring:

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of hands on experience in penetration testing.
• Proven team leadership experience.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Certified in OSCP/CREST
