Network Security Engineer (Security Operations)

We’re looking for a Cyber Security Engineer ( Network Security Operations Engineer) to join our team and help ensure the integrity of our organization’s network security infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in supporting cybersecurity operations, handling incidents, and optimizing security tools like firewalls, VPNs, routers, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 support for network and security infrastructure
• Handle incident, request, and change management
• Remediate vulnerabilities and manage security IT assets
• Support network security projects and ensure security systems are up to date
• Provide technical guidance to Level 1 teams and lead security awareness efforts

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of IT systems experience, with 2+ years in financial institutions OR 3+ years as a Cybersecurity Support Engineer
• Strong understanding of network security (LAN/WAN/VPN) and encryption
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, IDS, and routers
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
