Digital Solutions Manager – Healthcare, Mobile and UX

Job Responsibilities
The Digital Solutions Manager – Healthcare, Mobile and UX will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experience for internal commercial teams across APAC. This strategic role is not hands-on coding but requires deep understanding of web and mobile application development, user-centric design, and AI integration. Responsibilities include:
- Leading the strategy and roadmap for web and mobile applications used by internal sales and marketing teams.
- Driving mobile-first thinking across digital platforms to ensure optimal user experiences in the field.
- Collaborating with UX/UI designers and third-party developers to rebuild and enhance enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Power BI).
- Identifying opportunities to embed AI-powered features, such as chatbots, recommendation systems, or predictive insights, into business applications.
- Managing external vendors and aligning cross-functional stakeholders across IT, sales, marketing, and country leadership.
Job Requirements
- Industry Background (Preferred): Candidates ideally come from the healthcare, internet/e-commerce, or digital-first startup sectors - environments where user-centric product thinking, mobile-first delivery, and data-driven decision making are core to digital execution.
- At least 8 years of experience in digital application development or digital product strategy, ideally within enterprise or commercial environments.
- Proven track record of leading digital platform enhancements with a strong emphasis on mobile usability.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP/Azure Databricks/Tableau/Power BI etc;
- .NET exposure is a plus.
- Solid understanding of functional UX and the ability to collaborate with design teams to translate user needs into actionable features.
- Conceptual understanding of how AI models can enhance application functionality.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business and IT teams.
