Global Head of IT – Manufacturing, Business Partnering

My client is a global manufacturing organization. They work with leading organizations to deliver high-quality operational and technology solutions. They are on a global transformation program centered on modern ERP systems and digital operations, including SAP technologies - to enable scalability, efficiency and long-term value creation. With a strong focus on innovation, the company is driving transformation through advanced systems and globally integrated operations.

This leadership mandate goes far beyond traditional IT leadership. The ideal candidate will act as a influential and strategic business partner, influencing transformation across functions and geographies.

Your role involves:

• Influencing senior stakeholders across geographies, leading change initiatives from both a systems and people perspective.
• Leading the S/4 HANA transformation roadmap, encompassing ERP modernization, integration of supporting platforms and systems, and end-to-end business process redesign.
• Defining and executing the company’s technology and digital transformation roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Business Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance workflows, support the adoption of key systems, and identify technology-driven opportunities for business growth and operational efficiency.
• Championing cybersecurity strategy, ensuring data and infrastructure resilience across all regions.
• Fostering a collaborative culture between IT and operational teams, encouraging joint ownership of digital initiatives and aligned execution across functions.
• Ensuring the successful delivery, integration, and optimization of enterprise-wide systems - including ERP, manufacturing systems, workforce platforms, and IT infrastructure, supporting scalable, data-driven operations.

Job Requirements

To be an ideal candidate, you should have:

• Proven experience in a senior global IT leadership role within a complex manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in leading SAP S/4 HANA transformation across multiple regions and business units.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to act as a true business partner to members of leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience driving change management at scale, including influencing cross-functional stakeholders across geographies.
• Proven leadership in transforming enterprise technology environments, with end-to-end oversight across ERP, manufacturing systems, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity frameworks to enable scalable, resilient operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to lead by influence, not just mandate.
• Experience leading transformation across global, regionally diverse manufacturing operations within evolving supply chain environments
