Chief Information Security Officer

Our client is a leading firm, seeking to hire a Chief Information Security Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the cybersecurity landscape in a growing and security-conscious organization.

What you'll do:

• Define and lead the enterprise information security strategy aligned to business and regulatory priorities.
• Build and scale a high-performing security team across functions including GRC, security operations, and application security.
• Establish and maintain information security policies and procedures.
• Lead regular risk assessments, internal audits, and third-party security reviews.
• Oversee security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.
• Manage deployment of security tools (such as SIEM, EDR, cloud security platforms).
• Own the development, testing, and execution of the incident response plan.
• Lead post-incident investigations and continuous improvement efforts.
• Promote security awareness across all levels of the organization.

What you bring:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 15 years of experience in information security and 3 years of experience in leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments in Singapore with proven track record in managing enterprise-level security functions, risk programs, and compliance.
• Expertise in cloud security, threat intelligence, incident response, and security architecture.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, problem-solving and client engagement.
