• At least ten years’ experience in IT functional architecture or related roles within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, generative AI methodologies, and MLOps best practices.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end data science workflows including data cleaning, preprocessing, transformation, feature engineering, model training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Mastery of industry-standard AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn; strong programming skills in Python plus proficiency with .NET or Java environments is a plus
• Hands-on experience implementing GEN AI solutions using large language models (LLMs) on public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns.
• Comprehensive understanding of ethical considerations when generating embeddings for GenAI applications within regulated industries.
• Familiarity with DevOps/MLOps/LLMOps toolchains including GitLab CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration via Kubernetes.
• Excellent analytical thinking combined with effective communication skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders alike.
