Head of Oncology, SG/MY

What you'll do:
As Head of Oncology, you will play a central role in shaping the commercial trajectory of the oncology division across Singapore and Malaysia.
- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies for the oncology portfolio across Singapore and Malaysia that align with broader regional objectives.
- Drive business performance by increasing market share, maximising profitability of existing brands, and ensuring successful new product launches.
- Oversee accurate sales forecasting, demand planning activities, and effective budget management to support robust business operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams to achieve operational excellence while fostering a culture centred on customer needs.
- Champion cross-functional launch efforts for new oncology assets by coordinating pre-launch planning and post-launch execution.
- Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, and other internal functions to deliver integrated business solutions.
What you bring:
To excel as Head of Oncology, you will bring extensive experience from senior roles within the pharmaceutical sector—particularly those involving oncology portfolios.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy or Business is preferred
- A minimum of 8–10 years’ experience within the pharmaceutical industry is essential, including at least 3–5 years specifically focused on oncology.
- Experience with SG/MY will have added advantage, with mandatory experience in SG.
- Demonstrated success in leading sales or marketing teams within complex healthcare environments
- Experience in medical affairs function will be beneficial but not mandatory
- Experience managing people or teams is essential
