What you'll do:
As a Sales Manager, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of steering field sales operations while leading a dedicated team focused on developing new business opportunities within the cardiac rhythm management space. Some key responsibility:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies
- Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnership.
- Oversee all aspects of the sales process including calls, meetings, product demonstrations, and technical service delivery to maximise patient benefits.

What you bring:
To excel as a Sales Manager, you will bring substantial experience from the cardiac rhythm management or electrophysiology sectors—ideally gained through direct involvement in supporting physicians during complex procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree ideally in Biological Science, Engineering, Healthcare or equivalent discipline is required for this position.
- At least four years of hands-on experience working within Cardiac Rhythm Management or Electrophysiology portfolios is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with EP or CRM cardiologists by providing clinical support during catheterisation laboratory procedures is highly valued.
- Proven track record of establishing productive relationships with doctors to effectively promote product lines is necessary.
- Experience offering clinical support to surgeons during medical procedures is expected from candidates applying for this role.
