What you'll do:

As a Product Manager, Surgery, SEA based in Singapore, you will take ownership of developing robust marketing strategies for an innovative range of surgical products across Southeast Asia.

• Develop and refine comprehensive marketing plans for assigned surgical product portfolios
• Drive market shaping initiatives and market development activities to maximise therapy reach and address unmet clinical needs within the region.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing plans and campaigns using data-driven insights, adjusting tactics as necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of local healthcare policies, industry trends, competitive landscape, patient journeys, and buying processes to inform strategic decisions.

What you bring:

To excel as a Product Manager, Surgery in this leading medical technology organisation, you will bring substantial experience from the medical device

• A minimum of six years’ experience in sales & marketing within the Medical Device
• Previous sales experience selling general surgery products
• A proven track record reflecting your commitment to success within complex healthcare environments is expected.
• Experience working collaboratively with distributors would be advantageous when managing regional portfolios
• Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia is required to support business objectives.
• Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to build dependable relationships with internal teams as well as external partners such as key opinion leaders and customers.
