Sales Account Director - SEA
A leading global SaaS provider is seeking a Sales Account Director to spearhead revenue growth and strategic expansion across Southeast Asia. As Sales Account Director Southeast Asia, you will be entrusted with driving commercial success across the SEA region.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will centre on building deep connections with enterprise clients, understanding their unique challenges, and delivering tailored SaaS solutions that enhance their supply chain efficiency.
- Take full ownership of achieving ambitious sales targets for the Southeast Asia region by developing robust strategies that drive consistent revenue growth.
- Cultivate and manage long-term strategic relationships with enterprise clients across diverse industries such as logistics, retail, manufacturing, and automotive.
- Lead the entire sales process from initial qualification through evaluation to contract negotiation, ensuring seamless on-boarding of new customers.
- Collaborate closely with internal demand generation teams to leverage marketing insights across geographies and build a high-quality sales pipeline.
- Position the company as a thought leader in logistics technology within the Southeast Asian market by representing its solutions at industry events and forums.
- Identify new business opportunities while also expanding existing customer accounts through consultative engagement and tailored solution offerings.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay abreast of evolving market trends, competitive dynamics, and technological advancements relevant to logistics and supply chain operations in Southeast Asia.
- Travel throughout the SEA region as required to support business development efforts and strengthen key client relationships.
