Manager - Sales Operations

Collaborate directly with the CEO and seasoned sales consultants, gaining hands-on experience managing complex cases for high net worth clients in the insurance sector

• Create engaging highlights, accurate quotes, and detailed insurer illustrations to empower sales consultants during client meetings, ensuring all materials are delivered promptly and professionally.
• Deliver comprehensive support for both new business sales and after-sales policy services, maintaining exceptional service standards throughout every stage of the process.
• Oversee new business case submissions to multiple insurers by working closely with sales consultants from initial application through to successful policy inception.
• Manage monthly reporting requirements for banking partners by compiling data meticulously and submitting reports on time without fail.
• Embrace changing priorities by taking on additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor within the Sales Operations Department.
• Stay up-to-date with underwriting requirements from various insurers to ensure each case submission is handled efficiently for optimal client outcomes.

A valid MAS licence is required; if not currently licensed you must be willing to obtain one upon starting employment.

Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—in English and Chinese are required due to frequent interactions with diverse stakeholders including ones based in China.
