- Enhance user experience by improving website or app interfaces in partnership with UX/UI specialists to boost engagement and retention rates.

- Excellent communication skills enabling effective collaboration with internal teams (marketing, supply chain management, finance) as well as external partners (retailers/distributors).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams; capable of mentoring team members on best practices in e-commerce operations while fostering a supportive learning environment.
- In-depth knowledge of marketplace dynamics including pricing optimisation techniques, promotional mechanics evaluation for ROI/cost-effectiveness analysis.
- Familiarity with integrated commercial planning processes including annual strategic planning cycles; able to contribute meaningfully to joint business planning initiatives alongside national channel managers.
- Degree holder (preferably MBA) equipped with formal training in strategic category marketing principles (CMBP/FMBP/TTS Strategy).
