What you'll do:

- Establish clear monthly and quarterly sales targets for both internal teams and distributor partners, ensuring consistent tracking and timely adjustments to maximise performance.
- Drive market penetration by identifying new business opportunities across key segments such as restaurants, caterers, hotels, and central kitchens.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key distributors through regular joint business planning sessions, sales reviews, and operational alignment meetings.
- Equip distributor teams with essential product knowledge, trade support materials, and effective sales tools to enhance their ability to deliver results.
- Monitor distributor performance using KPIs such as sell-in/sell-out data, inventory levels, and in-market activities to ensure optimal execution.
- Lead, coach, and develop an internal food service sales team by setting clear KPIs, providing ongoing coaching, and fostering accountability for achieving targets.
- Oversee the sales pipeline by ensuring accurate forecasting and well-structured customer engagement plans that support long-term success.
- Represent the company at key F&B industry events, forums, and associations to strengthen relationships with chefs, operators, culinary groups, and trade partners.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to support go-to-market activities including promotional planning and new product launches.

- Proven track record of successfully managing distributor partnerships as well as leading high-performing sales teams within the food service sector.
- Well-connected within Singapore’s local F&B or HORECA industry would be highly advantageous for building rapport with key stakeholders.
- Excellent planning skills combined with strong negotiation abilities enable you to create mutually beneficial agreements that drive growth.
- Exceptional relationship-building capabilities allow you to foster trust among distributors, customers, chefs, operators, culinary groups, and trade partners alike.
