An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join a highly respected international law firm in Singapore on a 4-month contract. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to the execution of high-profile events, support the rollout of a new global brand, and gain valuable insight into the marketing operations of a leading professional services organisation. With a hybrid working arrangement and the chance to work closely with an experienced Business Development team, you will be at the heart of strategic marketing activities during a particularly vibrant period for the firm. The position offers exposure to flagship events, hands-on involvement in digital content creation, and close mentorship from seasoned professionals, making it an ideal step for those looking to further their career in marketing within a supportive and inclusive environment.

  • Join a globally recognised law firm’s Singapore office on a 4-month contract, supporting major client-facing events and marketing initiatives during a pivotal period.
  • Benefit from flexible hybrid working arrangements (typically four days in the office), close mentorship from an experienced Marketing Manager, and collaboration with an established regional team.
  • Gain first-hand experience in executing high-profile events, adapting digital assets for a new global brand launch, and developing your skills in stakeholder management and communications.

What you'll do:

As a Marketing Executive on this 4-month contract based in Singapore, you will play an integral role within the Business Development and Marketing team during an exceptionally busy period. Your day-to-day responsibilities will centre around supporting the planning and delivery of high-impact client-facing events—ranging from intimate roundtables to large-scale conferences—ensuring every detail is managed efficiently. You will be entrusted with handling event communications across multiple channels, preparing engaging digital content that aligns with refreshed brand guidelines, and providing essential administrative support that underpins the success of each initiative. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will have ample opportunity to develop your organisational skills while gaining exposure to strategic marketing projects. Your ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment will be key as you help drive impactful outcomes for both clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Assist with the coordination and seamless execution of client-facing events such as conferences, roundtables, seminars, and webinars, typically managing one to two events per week.
  • Manage all event-related communications including drafting email campaigns, scheduling social media posts, tracking RSVPs, and monitoring attendance to ensure successful engagement.
  • Support video content production by performing basic editing tasks, adding subtitles, and formatting videos for both internal and external platforms.
  • Adapt and prepare marketing materials and digital assets in accordance with new brand guidelines for use across various events and communication channels.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the Marketing Manager as well as the broader Business Development team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across Southeast Asia to deliver consistent messaging and branding throughout all marketing activities.
  • Contribute ideas for improving event processes and marketing collateral based on feedback from stakeholders and post-event analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records of event logistics, attendee lists, feedback forms, and other key documentation required for reporting purposes.
  • Assist in monitoring social media channels and digital platforms to track engagement metrics related to ongoing campaigns.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, sharing updates on assigned tasks while demonstrating flexibility in responding to changing priorities.

What you bring:

To excel as a Marketing Executive in this contract role, you will bring proven experience from previous positions where you supported marketing or communications functions—ideally within professional services or similar environments. Your background should reflect strong organisational capabilities paired with an eye for detail that ensures nothing is overlooked when juggling multiple projects. Familiarity with digital tools such as video editing software will allow you to contribute meaningfully to content production efforts. Just as important are your interpersonal strengths: your ability to connect with others fosters trust among colleagues while your willingness to learn ensures you adapt smoothly within fast-moving settings. Clear communication skills underpin your effectiveness when liaising between teams or crafting compelling messages for diverse audiences. Above all else, your dependability makes you a valued member of any collaborative group striving toward shared goals.

  • Possess one to two years of experience in a marketing, communications or event support role within a professional services or corporate setting.
  • Demonstrate strong administrative abilities with excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail when managing multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Show familiarity with video editing software or digital tools; prior experience creating or editing video content is considered advantageous but not essential.
  • Display a proactive attitude towards learning new skills while being comfortable working collaboratively within diverse teams.
  • Exhibit effective interpersonal skills that enable you to build rapport with colleagues across different departments and regions.
  • Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing when preparing event invitations, social media posts or internal updates.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving priorities while maintaining composure under tight deadlines associated with high-activity periods.
  • Showcase sensitivity towards stakeholder needs by providing responsive support before, during and after events.
  • Demonstrate reliability by consistently following through on assigned responsibilities without requiring extensive supervision.
