Senior Conference Producer - Energy

• Take full ownership of end-to-end conference production for internationally recognised events in the energy sector, collaborating with senior stakeholders and industry leaders to deliver compelling programmes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution from research and content creation through to onsite delivery, speaker management, and post-event relationship building.

What you'll do:

• Support and manage strategic conferences from initial research through to successful onsite delivery, ensuring each agenda meets global standards for quality and relevance.
• Conduct comprehensive research with senior public and private sector stakeholders worldwide to develop engaging programmes that maximise both sponsorship potential and delegate sales.
• Source, qualify, and liaise with Conference Chairs, Knowledge Partners, Steering Committee members, and other key contributors to define conference themes, topics, session chairs, and secure top-tier speakers.
• Establish strong relationships with partners and industry stakeholders to align content strategies with their objectives while supporting overall account management for each event.
• Contribute commercially by joining sales calls or meetings with clients to identify new market opportunities for speakers, moderators, sponsors or partners.

To excel as a Senior Conference Producer in this prestigious role based in Singapore’s vibrant business hub, you will bring extensive hands-on experience managing all aspects of international conference production—ideally within the energy sector or similarly complex industries.

Experience within the energy industry is highly desirable; willingness to travel internationally as needed is essential.
