Talent Acquisition Specialist
Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their dynamic Human Resources team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining recruitment workflows, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
What you'll do:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's team.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment operations, including scheduling interviews, tracking recruitment metrics, and maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support market mapping and talent mapping activities to identify key talent pools and provide data-driven insights for hiring strategies
- Develop and maintain recruitment workflows and documentation to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interviewers
- Handle candidate inquiries professionally and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Monitor the progress of open roles, ensuring alignment with forecasted headcount requirements and timelines
- Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment performance, pipeline health, and fulfillment status
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with internal policies and local labor laws
- Maintain updated job descriptions and manage recruitment-related documentation
- Collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and external vendors to facilitate recruitment activities
What you bring:
The ideal Talent Acquisition Specialist brings a wealth of experience in recruitment operations or HR-related roles.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment operations, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Strong proficiency in data management, reporting, and analysis, with advanced skills in Excel or similar tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
